Station Place
In a joint venture with Fisher Brothers, Louis Dreyfus Property Group is currently developing 1.5 million square feet of Class A office space adjacent to Washington, DC's famed Union Station.
Station Place is Washington's largest private office development, consisting of three buildings separated by landscaped courtyards. Station Place is also distinguished by state-of-the-art technology, advanced building systems, and outstanding tenant amenities, creating a highly efficient and productive business environment.
A pedestrian concourse connects Station Place directly to Union Station, the District's premier transportation hub. Along with connections to Amtrak, all commuter railways, Metrorail and Metrobus systems, Union Station features more than 100 shops and restaurants. The surrounding Capitol Hill neighborhood offers many restaurants, shops, hotels and cultural landmarks.
Space will be available in Building 3 of Station Place in the third quarter of 2006, including floor plates from approximately 32,000 square feet to 55,000 square feet, with a total of 505,000 square feet on 11 floors. At this early stage, space design and building systems can be modified to specific tenant requirements.
The US Securities and Exchange Commission has leased over a million square feet of space in Buildings 1 & 2 of Station Place, and is slated for 2004 occupancy.
